SCHEDULING POLICIES & PRICING

The Engine House can be very popular at times. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. 

• The simulator bay rate is $60/per hour (Fall/Winter) and $50/per hour (Spring/Summer) and is based on time, not number of people. The simulator rate can be split between the people in your group.  

• Our simulators allow for as many as 8 individual active golfers. On Average 18-holes will take approximately an hour to complete per person. For a foursome, we recommend you book 4 hours for 18 holes, 2 hours for 9 holes, etc. 

NOTE: Should you have over 8 in your party please give us a call at (856-376-3073) to book your simulator time so that we may better serve you. 

• The minimum booking is 1 hour. However, if your booked time is over and there is no one booked in the bay after you, time can be added by increments of 30 minutes or more. A member of the Engine Crew will alert you 15 minutes prior to the end of your scheduled time.  At the exhaustion of your scheduled time you’ll be asked to end your game no matter what hole you’re on. 

• We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or modify your booking, please do so by calling us at 856-376-3073, during business hours a minimum of 12 hours before the reservation.  You can also cancel/modify through the toast reservations text sent to your smart phone.  
• In the event you don’t show for your scheduled time and do not alert us of your time modification, The Engine House reserves the right to give away your simulator after 10 minutes.
